What if my requirements change mid-build?
Built into the engagement. After each 2-week sprint demo, you can adjust priorities. Major scope changes (new modules, pivot in user model) get a small change order; we don't gouge for it.
Will I be locked into your team forever?
No. The engagement includes complete source code transfer and documentation handoff. Your in-house team or a future dev shop can pick it up. Many clients keep us as fractional CTO post-launch (separate engagement) — but it's optional.
Can you work with my existing data and tools?
Yes. Discovery phase includes mapping your current stack and planning integrations. We work with virtually any modern API or database. Custom integrations are scoped during discovery.
